What we're working on now:

This website will provide you with information about the Belmont Village Specific Plan project, including a description of the project, schedule, presentations, and reports completed so far, and contact information.

Belmont Village has been designated a “Priority Development Area” (PDA) by the Bay Area’s regional planning agency, which means that it has been identified as an area for potential future growth because of its proximity to transit. The Belmont Village Specific Plan is an important opportunity to create a roadmap to guide future development in the Village, which is shown on the map below.

We welcome your ideas and invite you to participate in the planning process for the Belmont Village Specific Plan. We will update this website frequently, so please check back often for updates and to review draft documents in the library.
